Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Amplitive (“Amplitive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing automation platform operated by Stremeline Digital. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Amplitive web application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information We Collect
- Account information. Name, email address, organization, role, and credentials you provide when you register or are invited.
- Content you create. Campaigns, posts, messages, media, contacts, and other content you and your team produce or upload in the Service.
- Connected-platform data. When you connect a third-party account (for example, LinkedIn, Meta, Google, or an email provider), we access and store the data needed to provide the features you enable — such as your profile identifier, the organizations/pages you administer, access tokens, and the posts, comments, and engagement metrics associated with content you publish or manage through the Service. We access this data only with your authorization and only for the use cases you enable.
- Usage and device data. Log data, IP address, browser and device information, and product analytics about how you interact with the Service.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Publish, schedule, and manage content on the channels and accounts you connect, at your direction.
- Generate analytics and reporting for you and your organization.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Communicate with you about the Service, including service notices.
Connected Platforms & Third-Party APIs
The Service integrates with third-party platforms at your direction. When you connect such an account, your use of that platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
LinkedIn.Where you connect LinkedIn, we access and use LinkedIn data solely to provide the features you enable (such as publishing and managing posts on LinkedIn member profiles or organization Pages you administer, and reading the associated engagement). We use LinkedIn’s APIs in accordance with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and applicable LinkedIn policies, access only the data necessary for those use cases, and do not sell LinkedIn data or use it for purposes you have not authorized. You can revoke our access at any time from your LinkedIn account settings or by disconnecting the integration in Amplitive.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- At your direction — for example, when you publish content to a connected channel.
- With service providers (such as cloud hosting, AI, email, and analytics vendors) who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Within your organization — with other authorized members of your Amplitive workspace.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
- In a business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then for the period required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted storage of third-party access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA). You can disconnect any integration at any time, and you can contact us to exercise these rights. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie-consent controls.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
